had an amazing experience at Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring, TX. Hands down, “BigBadBo“ (Bo Sierra) is the guy you’re looking for! Bo provided excellent customer service! He had great knowledge and detail about their inventory. He worked with me regardless of any specifications that I had and we went through several options until we found the one! He was very transparent when it came to the numbers and he did his absolute best to get me a great deal! Along with the help of Taco (the finance guy), they made sure I was well taken care of and I drove off the lot a satisfied customer. Appreciate you both and the Fred Haas Toyota world team.
