I've already received my bill for the tender for the month and I'm at risk of the Ford ranger going past due because it has not bee in for my tundra. Fast forward to this week and after waiting since Sunday I receive a call from Syed telling me his manager decided he will not refund the deposit and wishes to keep my $500. Either Fred Haas will refund me or I’ll open a chargeback dispute with Amex. Will not be referring family or friends anymore to Fred Haas. My brother and father purchased Tundra trucks from this location but they will never purchase from Fred Haas again as how can they trust this dealership. More

One of the easiest purchases I’ve made in my life. Robert was a phenomenal sales man. We were wondering around aimlessly and he came to the rescue and helped us find the vehicle we were there to see. Lo and behold, it was right in the front just waiting on us. He told me the price of the vehicle and it happened to be different than the internet price. That’s okay though because Robert explained the internet price was the correct price that they’d honor. I was given two options to park the vehicle when I returned depending on if I liked it and wanted to continue or not. I told Robert where I wanted to be payment wise and what my down payment would be and he assured me I was more than able to be in my zone. You ever just know someone’s being honest with you and you can trust what they’re saying? That random stranger that you just know you can trust? Yeah, that’s Robert. After Robert got the approval, we moved to financing. I have to say, the approval financial fella was an absolute amazingly nice man. I didn’t get his name though. Moving on to financing with Daniel, the finance manager was an absolute pleasure. He wasn’t pushy for all the add on warranty things and was super quick. He explained everything in a very easy to understand manner without being condescending. More
