He had great knowledge and detail about their inventory. He worked with me regardless of any specifications that I had and we went through several options until we found the one! He was very transparent when it came to the numbers and he did his absolute best to get me a great deal! Along with the help of Taco (the finance guy), they made sure I was well taken care of and I drove off the lot a satisfied customer. Appreciate you both and the Fred Haas Toyota world team. More

My first bad experience was bringing my vehicle in for oil service, I was first given the wrong scheduling info, and had to come back a second time. Then they couldn't tell me where my car was parked poin oil service, I was first given the wrong scheduling info, and had to come back a second time. Then they couldn't tell me where my car was parked pointing to a large lot "over there". I walked in the rain for 10 minutes. In early January I was lured in for a 2023 Prius. When I got there it was a 2022, the old body style I didn't want. But I did fall in love with a Corolla Cross, putting down a non-refundable deposit for a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered the end of January. I saw what looked like my order on the website, but was told no. Then again at the end February another Cross, but still nothing. At this point I'd rather have money back and go elsewhere. Do not trust Fred Haas. More
