My husband and I have been shopping for new cars for two years. I already owned a 2005 Scion TC and was reluctant to buy another one, but I kept coming back to the Scion. At Fred Haas, I called and spoke with Nancy who told me exactly what they had in inventory. It was a Sunday, and Fred Haas was practically the only dealership open. My husband and I drove out to the dealership and everyone was so professional and friendly. It was no pressure. Within 30 minutes, I had bought a new Scion at Tier 1 financing. Two weeks ago, I purchased a used2006 Toyota Corolla from this guys and I have fallen in love with it. The car is beautiful and runs smoothly as he described. To my surprise, he left me alone until I had questions and then I was approached. What a breath of fresh air, not only was mr Thomas Extremely polite but didn't give me a load of "well this is what "I" can do for you. He simply showed me around at the vehicles I was interested in and super knowledgeable when I had a question. It was Sunday so he couldnt give me numbers but left me with a sen e of comfort that I was not going to be "taken to the cleaners" Needless to say, I returned the next day and everything he explained was relative to my past experiences with other dealerships from the previous days discussion.
