If service is going to take longer they shuttle me home and will pick me up when the car is ready. I really feel at home when I bring my cars in for service or return to buy a new one. Bert's style and personality made the buying experience fun without the pressure one normally feels when buying a car and spending a large sum of hard earned money. In today's world, customer service is king and the customer has to truly feel good about the expenditure of those dollars and the Fred Haas experience exhibited by Mr.Savage tells me more about the work environment and the company and staff's values and ethics then any ad or marketing initiative could ever get accross to me. It is not what you say, but what you do and Fred Haas and Bert Savage do that better than any dealership experience I've encounted in the 47 years of buying cars.
