Had a very good experience at Fred Haas Toyota. I got my second car from them (first a Camry and now a Corolla) back in May. I also get all the service for my 2 cars done from them, and this department is second car from them (first a Camry and now a Corolla) back in May. Everyone from the sales rep, Syed Ali, to the manager and the finance manager, was really nice, and helpful. There were no pressure driven sales pitches, and I really appreciated that. I am giving them a 5 out of 5 rating for their helpful staff, and I highly recommend Fred Haas to all my friends, to especically go see Syed Ali. More

I had made an inquiry via the internet and was skeptical over the barrage that I assumed would follow. However, Chris Conner was very friendly, nowhere near the "over-bearing, what do I have to say to get you to buy a car from me today" experience I've received at other local Ford and Nissan dealerships. I dropped in on Chris, to meet the man that convinced me -through honesty and integrity- to purchase my next vehicle from Fred Haas and while we discussing what I was looking for in my next purchase, he had a scheduled customer show-up for a test drive. I was hesitant to be "passed-off" to another salesman, but Chris assured me that Shawn (Thompson) would be just as helpful; which he was and then some. Shawn spent the next 6 hrs with me, foregoing lunch (and a normal dinner) going over my "likes and dislikes", until we found the perfect vehicle for me- which happened to be on the showroom floor...though it didn't stay there for long. I drove away in my new Tundra Crewmax, regretting not having been able to properly convey my appreciation for the patience and understanding of both Shawn and Chris; I feel like a really put them "through the ringer", changing my mind every 10 minutes on colors, configurations and add-ons. All part of the job for them I suppose, but this being my 11th car purchase, it was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone. Shawn Thompson helped my daughter and I greatly when we visited and leased one car (Corolla) and bought another (Avalon). When purchasing the Avalon Shawn allowed me to take 3 test drives and his explainations of the cars features helped me decide which car to buy. Again he allowed me to take my time without rushing me. I went to finance at approximately 9:45PM and when I finished that process, 10:15PM I was surprised to see that Shawn was waiting for me. Shawn then took the next 25 minutes explaining the cars features. When I buy another car Shawn will be the person I will be looking for. More

Rene Reyes, our salesperson, greeted us with a smile; even though it was late in the day and probably still 100 degrees outside. We had gone to the dealership with the intent to begin our search for a new vehicle. Rene was very patient with the multitude of questions we asked, and he is very knowledgeable. He always respected our wishes. By the end of the evening we had pretty much decided on a new Venza, but wanted to think about it. He suggested we take one home as a demo to help with the decision. The next morning we contacted Rene and asked him to find a different Venza that we had located online within the Fred Hass inventory. He was so customer service oriented - the vehicle was waiting for us when we came back to return the demo. Our price was met, we received a fair amount for our trade-in,and he gave a very thorough in-service on the vehicle before we left. Jennifer Welch in finance made the paperwork process painless. She is very friendly and quick at what she does - and she secured a really good interest rate for us, as well! This is the third vehicle we have bought from Fred Haas Toyota World. Their service writer, Jennifer Grimmet, came out and congratulated us on our purchase. This dealership is staffed with people that really care about the job they do - and they do it very well. More
