I went it to do my service and was very happy with jesse's performance! i told him i dont have enough time and i have to go quick, he made me sit on the waiting area and not for too long my vehicle wa jesse's performance! i told him i dont have enough time and i have to go quick, he made me sit on the waiting area and not for too long my vehicle was ready. My experience with fred haas toyota world was very nice and fun as well. I never thought i could buy a car from the internet thought it was all just a gimik so they can make you come in. I was browsing around and inquired about a new toyota corolla. After 15 minutes or so Jimmy called me to follow up if i received the quote already to be honest i haven't even checked it because he called me so quick though it will be a hour or days response. I talked to him we agreed on the price because he gave me a reasonable price. I had to come in the next day because of my schedule, we test drove the car and he explained everything to me about the car since this will be my first toyota. After we test drive we went back to his office and since we agreed on the price we didnt had too much negotiation which i loved the most!! no haggling!! after with him i went to the finance office and finalized everything. I was really satisfied and impress with the dealership specially with jimmy. I would love to come back and buy another car when im ready. More
Car listed on edmunds for 14k--arrived and it was on hold--arrived home and it was listed for 16k--this am same 2008 Azera listed for 21k. Have called 4 times to see about bringing in my vehicle for repair (it is on the recall list). One week later, I still have not received a call back from any person working in the service department. I bought a used Honda Civic recently and my biggest problem is that on top of charging too much, I kept asking how much the interest was and the manager said it would be good. I get in there after waiting over 45 min. and my daughter all excited to get her car and the interest rate was awful(6.3), I should have just gone and bought a new one at the Honda Dealership. After complaining, got her down to 5.9% but if I had bought a used Toyota they would have financed it for 2.9 or 0% if you had good credit which I did. Get the interest rate right up front or walk out. Seriously disappointed in this car dealer. My sales guy Fernando was great though. More
I took my car in for service. It was done on time as promised and the price was just as quoted. The free wash job was an added touch.The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall experience can be expressed in a single word "WONDERFUL". I went in to purchase a camry and Rusty was extremely kind and courteous. I test drove the vehicle and it was exactly what I wanted. The "WONDERFUL". I went in to purchase a camry and Rusty was extremely kind and courteous. Lucky was extremely helpful. Not pushy not your typical salesmen. He was honest and upfront. Marie was extremely professional and gave me advise on how to improve my credit rating. Was able to beat all other finance offers i had in place. I visted Champions Toyota ( they said I didnt make enough, then I needed a co signer, then to trade in my car plus put a downn payment! LOL I walked out quickly but they kept stoping and saying wait let me see what I can do!), I went to Don Mcgil toyota where they promised everything but the sky and when we are going to talk finance they said well you have to wait 6 months for the car but you really like it and should get it! Lastly I went to Planet Ford ( they had a used Toyota Camry 07) They offered 3000 for my trade in for a 19000 car. but after I said that was too low they said okay we will give you 4000 for the trade in but have to up the price to 20000 with 72 months of payments at 400$ NO THANKS Fred Haas was the best decision I have made. More
Worst car buying experience ever had with any Toyota dealership.<br>They did not have the color we wanted and yet they were very arrogant. The fleet manager was not interested in giving recommendations dealership.<br>They did not have the color we wanted and yet they were very arrogant. The fleet manager was not interested in giving recommendations based on our needs. Instead, he simply focused on making sure "the price is good enough" for him. He even asked us to leave. Stay away from this chain. Fred Haas is the one of the worst Toyota dealer chains! More
