I've bought eight Toyota's over the years. Seven of them from Fred Haas and six of those from the same salesman, Bert Savage. It has always been a no hassle way to purchase a new car. All of my vehicles are serviced by the Fred Haas, I feel like they know what is best for my vehicles. I'm usually in an out in a short time. If service is going to take longer they shuttle me home and will pick me up when the car is ready. I really feel at home when I bring my cars in for service or return to buy a new one. Fred Haas Toyota World realy does a good job making it a great experience buying and owning a Toyota. When I've shopped for other automobile brands there is just no comparison. Bert's style and personality made the buying experience fun without the pressure one normally feels when buying a car and spending a large sum of hard earned money. In today's world, customer service is king and the customer has to truly feel good about the expenditure of those dollars and the Fred Haas experience exhibited by Mr.Savage tells me more about the work environment and the company and staff's values and ethics then any ad or marketing initiative could ever get accross to me. It is not what you say, but what you do and Fred Haas and Bert Savage do that better than any dealership experience I've encounted in the 47 years of buying cars. My husband and I have been shopping for new cars for two years. I already owned a 2005 Scion TC and was reluctant to buy another one, but I kept coming back to the Scion. At Fred Haas, I called and spoke with Nancy who told me exactly what they had in inventory. It was a Sunday, and Fred Haas was practically the only dealership open. My husband and I drove out to the dealership and everyone was so professional and friendly. It was no pressure. Within 30 minutes, I had bought a new Scion at Tier 1 financing. I am needless to say, VERY HAPPY with this dealership, and I will only be buying from this dealership from here on out. Thank you Fred Haas!!!!!!! More
