My parents have bought 3 cars at Fred Haas Toyota World and this past week they took me to get my first car! Everywhere I wondered on their open lot I was never alone. It seemed everytime I was ever curious someone always popped up to help me out! Any car I liked they helped set me up to test drive! They were very patient, accomodating, supportive, and self-less. You can tell they put the customer first at Fred Haas Toyota World! The pricing was good too! I researched everywhere to try and see if I was getting a good deal and I was! Everywhere else I looked the car I was looking for was priced +/-$4,000! Not to mention how big their inventory was! Their was a big variety! More

Had a very good experience at Fred Haas Toyota. I got my second car from them (first a Camry and now a Corolla) back in May. Everyone from the sales rep, Syed Ali, to the manager and the finance manager, was really nice, and helpful. There were no pressure driven sales pitches, and I really appreciated that. I am giving them a 5 out of 5 rating for their helpful staff, and I highly recommend Fred Haas to all my friends, to especically go see Syed Ali. More

My thanks and accolades to the management team of Fred Haas for the overall experience I had while purchasing my first vehicle from his dealership. I had made an inquiry via the internet and was skeptical over the barrage that I assumed would follow. However, Chris Conner was very friendly, nowhere near the "over-bearing, what do I have to say to get you to buy a car from me today" experience I've received at other local Ford and Nissan dealerships. I dropped in on Chris, to meet the man that convinced me -through honesty and integrity- to purchase my next vehicle from Fred Haas and while we discussing what I was looking for in my next purchase, he had a scheduled customer show-up for a test drive. I was hesitant to be "passed-off" to another salesman, but Chris assured me that Shawn (Thompson) would be just as helpful; which he was and then some. Shawn spent the next 6 hrs with me, foregoing lunch (and a normal dinner) going over my "likes and dislikes", until we found the perfect vehicle for me- which happened to be on the showroom floor...though it didn't stay there for long. I drove away in my new Tundra Crewmax, regretting not having been able to properly convey my appreciation for the patience and understanding of both Shawn and Chris; I feel like a really put them "through the ringer", changing my mind every 10 minutes on colors, configurations and add-ons. All part of the job for them I suppose, but this being my 11th car purchase, it was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone.
