Fred Haas Toyota World

After doing a lot of research on the particular vehicle i pruchased (Toyota Tacoma), i visited some of the local dealerships, spoke with some of the sales persons, etc. Additionally, I had a close friend tha pruchased (Toyota Tacoma), i visited some of the local dealerships, spoke with some of the sales persons, etc. Additionally, I had a close friend that had a prior purchase experiencce with Fred Haas Toyota and more importantly, one of the salesmen at that dealership - Jim Hearn. I met with Jim Hearn, found him to be straight forward, not the hard, pushy typical car salesman that I have dealt with in the past and as we were looking for this vehicle to purchase. He made my wife and I feel comfortable in our decision (which we were to start with). He was an advocate for the dealership as well as for us. I am normally a GM person, but should my next purchase after this one be a Toyota product, I certainly will be back to Jim Hearn and the Fred Haas Group. Thanks, jack More

The first time was June 2005 I bought a 1999 Chrysler Concorde and felt like I got a good deal and was treated well. He dealt with me the way I wanted as I wanted to discuss price as a drive out price only and we came to a good price and I was happy. This time I dealt with Cedric again and wanted to trade a car for a truck. I wanted to deal with a total price number with trade and Cedric did just that. I got a fantastic deal as I traded my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T for a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and got the amount of cash I wanted back. Excellent experience overall. More
