I was a little upset with the dealership at first but my salemen Robert Hutching was great and came thru with everything he promised us he would do. He bent over backwards and did everything in his power to work with the finance manager Ken Jimmerson to get us financed where other dealerships would not even give us a chance. They brought down the price on the two vechicles we got just to make the deals work for us and make us happy customers. The used car department at Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring has been great to us. They make you feel like family. Robert hutching is the best salemen we have ever had. The dealership is closed on Saturday, but we stopped by to look at cars anyway. Mo Soorty was there and got us information on the vehicle we were interested in. We test drove both on the freeway, and on local streets. We even got into a parking lot and tested for a tight turning radius.
