I can say something about Bert that I can only say about 3 or 4 other people on earth...when he tells me something I can take it for gospel 7 years. If service is going to take longer they shuttle me home and will pick me up when the car is ready. I really feel at home when I bring my cars in for service or return to buy a new one. In today's world, customer service is king and the customer has to truly feel good about the expenditure of those dollars and the Fred Haas experience exhibited by Mr.Savage tells me more about the work environment and the company and staff's values and ethics then any ad or marketing initiative could ever get accross to me.
