In the past, I have bought from other Toyota dealerships in Houston and have not been pleased with their customer service and quality of work. This is the second car that I have bought from Fred Haas Toyot in Houston and have not been pleased with their customer service and quality of work. There are two other dealerships that are closer to my home but I drive the 40 minute trip to Fred Haas because they are that much better. Stephen Swad, Sales Manager, epitomized professionalism. Lydia Farias, Fleet Manager, was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable about the product, exhibited excellent communication skills, and worked hard to make sure that I walked out pleased with my purchase. I feel that I received a great "deal" on my car and enjoyed the experience. That is rare when buying a car. More

Bought a used Buick LeSabre from Internet Salesman Herbie Castillo. Excellent service!. Car had a whine in the power steering pump and Herbie got that fixed before the sale. Great experience - came in on a Saturday to test drive a car (they don't test drive on Saturday?) however Mo was there to assist customers and answer questions. I had done a ton of research before going in car (they don't test drive on Saturday?) however Mo was there to assist customers and answer questions. I had done a ton of research before going in to potentially buy a car so I was pretty educated. Mo was cool with all of that and just filled in a little of the gaps. Came back in the next day. Mo was there with another customer but made sure to greet me. We had the test drive and I had my offer already ready. Not only did they take the offer - they gave me the rebates and I got a great finance rate on the new truck. Everyone was friendly, they even fed me at the Murphy's deli that is on site. Total time to a new truck 3 hours and the experience could not have been better. More

I am a first time buyer and I gave my sale man " Mark Kline" a big huge at the end of sale and about to drive away with my new Toyota !! It did not take way to long .
