Both vehicles were maintained at Fred Haas, where we met our service advisor, John James. He always makes sure that we’re satisfied with his team’s service of our vehicles. This is why we always come back to see him whenever our cars need service. In 2007, John introduced us to Bert Savage. We felt comfortable with him right away. Since then, we’ve purchased through Bert a 2007 4-runner, a 2008 Scion TC, a 2009 Rav4 and recently, a 2011 Tacoma. Bert is very informative as well as patient. He even took the time to drive us around to view all the models to find one to our liking. He also answered any question we may have had, even if he’s staying late. He understands what we’re looking for and always come through in the end. Even after the sales, Bert continues to greet us through mail, e-mail or phone. He even contacts us on the anniversary of our cars. Fred Haas Toyota World will give you great service and sales because of great employees like Bert and John. More

In the past, I have bought from other Toyota dealerships in Houston and have not been pleased with their customer service and quality of work. This is the second car that I have bought from Fred Haas Toyot in Houston and have not been pleased with their customer service and quality of work. This is the second car that I have bought from Fred Haas Toyota because of the positive buying experience and the service department,s workmanship and efficiency. There are two other dealerships that are closer to my home but I drive the 40 minute trip to Fred Haas because they are that much better. Stephen Swad, Sales Manager, epitomized professionalism. Lydia Farias, Fleet Manager, was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable about the product, exhibited excellent communication skills, and worked hard to make sure that I walked out pleased with my purchase. I feel that I received a great "deal" on my car and enjoyed the experience. That is rare when buying a car. More
Bought a used Buick LeSabre from Internet Salesman Herbie Castillo. Excellent service!. Car had a whine in the power steering pump and Herbie got that fixed before the sale. Herbie and Miguel and Jon covered the full cost of all repairs even though the car was sold "as-is". This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had while buying a car. I will definately return to this dealership for both new and used vehicles as the need arises. I feel much more confident purchasing a used car from this dealership than I would elsewhere.
