Since then, we’ve purchased through Bert a 2007 4-runner, a 2008 Scion TC, a 2009 Rav4 and recently, a 2011 Tacoma. Bert is very informative as well as patient. He even took the time to drive us around to view all the models to find one to our liking. He also answered any question we may have had, even if he’s staying late.
