We met with Oscar Ortiz and discussed options, packages, and price. We had already walked from two previous dealerships because the salesman was trying to sell us something we weren't looking for. We had already done some research and knew what we wanted in packages and options, it was down to price. Oscar understood this, and helped us get into what we came for, at the price we were looking for; a true professional. I had been looking for a used car for myself for over a month. After doing extensive research online, I began travelling to numerous dealerships throughout the Greater Houston area trying to find a VW Pas month. After doing extensive research online, I began travelling to numerous dealerships throughout the Greater Houston area trying to find a VW Passat. Many of the sales people I encountered were either rude, unhelpful, too pushy for my liking, or wanted to talk me into a differnt make/model car. I was getting quite discouraged as I couldn't find a Passat that met my standards for a price I could afford. I was nearing the end of the list of cars I had found online when I went into Fred Hass Toyota in Spring. I was immediately greeted by Shah who had a firm handshake and a friendly smile. He presented himself in a professional manner and was more confident than I was about leaving with a new car (although I had heard that line before...). I told him about the 08 Passat I had seen on Autotrader.com and he went to get the key. The car ended up being just what I was looking for: low milage, great condition inside & out, lots of extra options, and a sticker price I could manage! I took it for a test drive then went back to the dealership to discuss "numbers." Shah had an appraisal done on the car I was wanting to trade-in and I was offered a more than fair amount (they beat Carmax's appraisal!). He showed me all available "dealer tools" to educate and assit me in my decision. Shah answered all of my questions in detail and when he saw a confused look on my face he would find a different way to explain it until I fully understood. He gave me time and space to process, think, and discuss my decision with my boyfriend without feeling pushed or rushed. When I made the decision that I wanted the car, Shah advocated for me with his managers to get me the best deal possible (and it TRUELY was!). Because it was late and we were still waiting to hear from the bank, he arranged for me to take the car as a loaner and come back the following evening to sign the final papers. The next night, my deal was finalized and Shah had proven that it was worth me trusting in him. Overall, I had a great experience at Fred Haas Toyota and an even better experience with my salesman, Shah. He built a relationship with me in a short period of time that I will forever remember. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car that they make the trip to Spring and ask for SHAH. Thank-you Shah for helping making my dream come true! More

I've been looking for a car for about 6+ months (after an accident back in feb). I've spoken to several salesmen from different toyota and volkswagen dealerships around the Houston and surrounding areas. Loo accident back in feb). And hoping one of these salesmen would me more helpful than pushy, condescending, or neglectful (yes, i was neglected!). I am picky and I didn't mind waiting. Many of the salesmen didn't take me seriously when I went to look. Anyway, I found a car on yahoo auto, and got a friend to drive me to fred haas (which, by the way, is about an hour's drive). I had spoken to Robert Hutching over the phone to check if the car was there first. So when I got there I wanted to see him. I had to wait a bit for him to be done with another customer, but he was always friendly and keeping me informed. Then he helped me. less than 1 hour - I'm done with paperwork for the car. next day i came back did financing. quick, easy, painless. and Robert's always following up. He helped get some scratches of the vehicle taken care of. He got it re-detailed, and he got me a bangin' price. If you go there don't go to anyone else but him: ROBERT HUTCHING! I LOVE MY NEW (PRE-OWNED) BLACK TOYOTA CAMRY. Maybe a little too much because i spent $50 on gas in 3 and a half days. And I'm pretty broke. THANK YOU ROBERT. It was a very pleasant sales experience at this dealership. The salesman was very patient ,and answered all of our questions . Robert was very eager to help me when I arrvie because Sharon was with another client. When i arrive it was raining and i was interested in looking at the camry's,instead of him telling me to wait tell Sharon was with another client.
