My experience purchasing a car from Fred Haas Toyota World was very positive. I was very impressed with the willingness of my salesperson, Beth Elliott, to do whatever she could to get me into the car World was very positive. Her tenacity resulted in me getting into the exact (hard to find) vehicle I wanted without having to travel to another state to buy it! The process was very smooth - no haggling. Based on my experience so far, I would be glad to recommend this dealership & this salesperson to my friends and family. I would also like to comment on the person I dealt with in finance, Khai Nguyen. He was very helpful and patient with me while I asked all of my questions. He never pressured me and he was very flexible when it came to helping make the transaction a win-win for all involved. He also went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting me when I had to return my rental car after I purchased my new car. He followed me over to the rental shop & gave me a ride back to my shiny new car. There was also someone else that helped me but my memory fails me. When I went back in to ask Beth where my wheel lock was kept, I asked this nice man where she was. He said he would help me. Then, he walked with me outside to show me where it was. Thanks Beth & everyone else, you have definitely earned my business & referrals! More

I was so lucky to have Beth Elliott to respond to my online request for a vehicle quote. After talking with her via phone and email, I knew I was in great hands.
