Jim Hearne was my point of contact when I arrived at the dealer. I explained that I had conducted a thorough research online and that I knew what I wanted. Went thru several vehicles on the lot outlining the equipment and the pros of each and one of them. I told him to make me a deal on a V-6 with every possible upgrade as this will be my wife's retirement car. He knew that I had done my homework and came out with a price that i couldn't pass up. I arrived at 6:50 pm hoping to test drive a RAV4 and to ascertain if it was comfortable for me as I'm a big dude. My husband and I were looking for a used auto for our daughter and had a definite budget we needed to stay in. Once we test drove the car he very nicely ask us if we liked the car and proceeded to work up the costs. He was very low pressure and professional. Searching for first car for my teenage daughter. Had been looking online and found a particular vehicle thru their online web site. Had planned on meeting Miguel and he even let me know the night before that the vehicle we had been interested in had already been sold. Somewhat disappointed we went out and still met Miguel the next day to see what else might be available. Miguel was very helpful as we searched thru the lot of different vehicles. Even though the main one we had been interested in had sold we had found an even better one that had not even been processed into the dealerships inventory yet. Miguel was very helpful to get the details for this new found vehicle and even quickly helped us to get a test drive in it. The price was good and the vehicle was in very good shape. It was very easy working with Miguel and getting the sale finalized. Miguel was very friendly and helpful with the entire process. I sincerely appreciated that he was NOT the pushy, typical overbearing car salesman and made our car purchasing experience very nice.
