Jim was a fantastic salesman, knew exactly when to approach and when to let me have my space. He was easygoing but informative and friendly. The sales manager was also friendly and supportive. The only negative to the whole experience was being assailed by a "gang" of salesmen when I first arrived, but after I made it VERY clear that I wanted my space, I was able to look around and get my bearings without pressure. Jim was not one of those initial salesman, which is exactly why I chose to work with him. Because the whole experience was so good after that initial impression, I believe the salesman, sales manager, finance manager, and dealership as a whole deserve the best rating I can give. More
