I have been in the market for a Toyota Tundra for a few months. Lydia Faria was recommended to me and I gave her a call. Lydia was very instrumetal in working with me and comparing what the cost would be to upgrade a 2011 model versus getting a 2012 with "all" the options I wanted. She was the most courteous and friendly salesperson I have ever dealt with and at age 62 I have dealt with many automobile salespersons. Recently I purchased a Toyota 4Runner & left with mixed emotions about my experience. Recently my nephew purchased a vehicle as well from this same dealership. I made reference of my nephew more than mixed emotions about my experience. Recently my nephew purchased a vehicle as well from this same dealership. I made reference of my nephew more than once to my sales person about this purchase & what my nephews name was. After purchasing the vehicle I learned the salesman could have given my nephew a $100 for a referral. I told Him my nephew's name (Marion Greene) & it could have easily been seen that it was from this dealership it was purchased. So when I inquired about this to my salesman all he kept telling me it was too late. I mean, I told him about my family having likely purchased their vehicle from this dealership. He could have mentioned this incentive could have been given to my family. Yet he chose not to make mention of it, yet when I did it was to late. I waited from 11a.m. till 7p.m. to purchase my vehicle. While waiting on a the vehicle I wanted I was only offered coffee & soda, but was never told there was a snack bar area till my tour upon buying my truck. I felt he knew how long my wait was likely to be & could have offered me this knowledge or offered me to come back later in the day, so i could get something to eat on my own. To me he placed his own interest over that of the customer, possibly thinking I would return if I left. if that was the case he still could have offered me to the snack bar area. I honestly would never have made mention of any of it, but the refusing to give my family that referral incentive after I informed him of my nephew's name has me upset. More

My husband and I were looking for a car for our son. We called Herbie and met with him the next day. He did not pressure us as all and we found the car we were looking to buy. They have a Murphy's Deli o called Herbie and met with him the next day. He did not pressure us as all and we found the car we were looking to buy. They have a Murphy's Deli on site, so we were able to have a nice lunch while waiting for the car to be processed. We are big fans of Toyota and, now we are a fans of the Fred Haas Dealership.
