well let me say that when i was looking for my car i went all over houston and the dealerships i went to could not meet my specifications! so my mother and i decided to go outside of houston and on our way g all over houston and the dealerships i went to could not meet my specifications! so my mother and i decided to go outside of houston and on our way going north on I45 we decided to stop by the dealership in spring and the first sales associate that came up was jonatan, we told him exactly what i wanted and within an hour of us leaving fred haas he called me back and gave us exactly what we wanted. it was an easy deal and i didnt have to waste my time like i did with other dealerships i got my within 2 days hassle-free... my rating for him and the dealership would be that if i had to get another car anytime soon or recommend a place it would be fred haas! no qestions asked. We needed a used car for our daughter and called Beth to see what was available. We had worked with her previously when we got our Prius, had a great experience. We were very impressed with the Salesmanship, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. We asked for a certain deal over the phone, after looking at the vehicle, and were given that exact deal. We were given a tour of the facility, the repair shop was highly impressive, so clean and neat! The receptionist answering the phone and greeting people as they entered, were helpful and friendly, and if we were wondering around while waiting to go from one dept. to another, someone would come up and ask if they could assist us. We were very happy with this experience. We choose a Toyota Tundra because of the overall rating for safety and reliability. More

Talking about fast and friendly! I was in and out in less than a hour, and received everything a person should expect out of a dealership. we had done our homework on the internet, knew what I wanted, called many dealers including the Toyota dealer in Conroe, texas( my home town) trying to find my 2012 Scion XB. Waited several days for the dealers we contacted to get back with us. After several days called Fred Haas Toyota and told MJ what I wanted. He made his calls and then had my picked up in Plano Texas for me. Now that is what I call going out of your way for a customer. MJ was not able to be at the dealership when I was able to get there (he was performing some volunteer time at Texas Children's Hospital is what I learned). He gave my information to Lydia Farias and she assisted with the purchase of my new 2012 white Scion Toyota. No pressures, made me feel right at home. Explained the features of my new car to me, walked me to my car, showed me how to perform the basic functions and watched as I drove away. I handled the financing with a gentleman named Neely (forgive me if not spelled correctly). He explained everything in such a simple language that even I could understand. If the service department is anything like the sales and finance departments, I know I will be taken care of for a long time. My husband has wanted a Ford F150 for some time. We did not want to buy a brand new one so we searched until we found the perfect truck and it just happened to be at Fred Haas Toyota. Our salesman, Mr. Hutchins was a friendly from the minute we stepped into the door. He directed us to the internet manager, but he was busy with other customers so he asked Mr. Hutchins to help us with the deal. He did just that. He was very helpful and courteous which made the process that much easier. Mike Huvall was also very helpful and courteous with the appraisal of my trade-in. Once the price were settled and accepted, Ken Jimmerson in finance got the job done. We were able to leave in the truck that was not only perfect for my husband, but perfect in price. Outstanding experience! I came in as a Internet purchaser so I already did my homework. Beth did an exceptional job on the original sale on 9/5. She was no nonsense, no high pressure just listened purchaser so I already did my homework. Beth did an exceptional job on the original sale on 9/5. She was no nonsense, no high pressure just listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She had the vehicles I was interested in ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. We test drove a Tan 2009 Camry LE, a Gold 2010 Camry LE and a Teal 2010 Camry LE. The Internet prices listed were already a great deal so we decided to purchase the Tan 2009 Camry LE and the Gold 2010 Camry LE (I've got 4 college bound kids whose late model cars had to be junked). We brought the Gold 2010 home since the 2009 needed a safety inspection. Beth said it be ready for pickup around noon next day. Beth just as promised called us around noon and picked up the 2009. Albert from finance also did an outstanding job. I always dread the finance guy because it always seems like they're trying to sell you more stuff like warranties, etc. Albert was no different in offering the warranty options the difference came in how he made you feel. Again, no high pressure, answered all my questions, made some good suggestions about options. In the end I felt good about the decisions made in the finance office. So walked away on 9/5 feeling pretty good but that's not the end of the story. The Gold was not really a favorite color and we thought it was close enough to the Tan that we could live with but after a day of having the vehicle we decided we really wanted the Teal 2010 Camry. Oh, no, what to do. I though I'll call and see what they say about a swap since both 2010 vehicles had the same Internet price. I made the early morning call to Beth on 9/7 and explained what I wanted to do about swapping vehicles. She didn't hesitate, she said let me find where in the process the other deal is and if the Teal 2010 Camry was still on the lot. I got a phone call back from Beth within the hour and they were ready to accommodate the request... TOTALLY AMAZING! We scheduled time around 2PM. We swapped the vehicles including all the paper work in about an hour as I walked out of the dealership with the swap complete by a little after 3PM. Fred Haas, Beth, and Albert made me one happy customer. Outstanding job. Amazing thing to say that about a car dealership. It's the second positive purchasing experience with the dealership as we bought a new 2006 Sienna from them and experience was very similar. Thanks Fred Haas, Beth, and Albert More
