Certain things like this are out of our control since warranty cars for repairs like are usually not offered a rental. As soon as we hear back from Toyota directly I will let you know. I've tried calling you several times to let you know yesterday afternoon the rental was approved and to swing on by so we can get you into a car with Enterprise. Thanks again 9:25 AM 9:26 AM Ok, I am on my way *** Five minutes later, Dennis calls me to inform me that Enterprise does not a rental available and they will call me before 4 pm. No call at 4 pm. I called at 4:30 but no answer from Dennis. *** Called on September 27: No answer/left voicemail *** Called on September 28 No answer/left voicemail
