Fast forward to this week and after waiting since Sunday I receive a call from Syed telling me his manager decided he will not refund the deposit and wishes to keep my $500. Either Fred Haas will refund me or I’ll open a chargeback dispute with Amex. Will not be referring family or friends anymore to Fred Haas. My brother and father purchased Tundra trucks from this location but they will never purchase from Fred Haas again as how can they trust this dealership. More
