I called this dealer long distance, and was fortunate enough to get Jim Hearne one the phone. He knew his products well, and was extremely kind and gracious.Also, Fred Haas Toyota had more Sienna vans on enough to get Jim Hearne one the phone. So, we drove 2 hrs. and 45 minutes, and got a better deal than 6 other dealers had made us on an even more eqipped Toyota, with a higher trade - in on our '08 Rav 4 . I was referred to Mr. Cedric Rawls by a friend because I was looking for a Silver Nissan Altima and I wanted to go to a dealership that someone knew the salesman. Mr. Cedric Rawls was very professional; he immediately phoned me once he received my phone number and we set up a time for me to come see the car. He always phoned me back and kept me in the loop of everything going on....from the beginning when the car first arrived, to the checking of the car, small minor maintenance, to me coming in test driving the car. I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it, and once I drove it it was a 'done deal'. We completed paperwork on Friday, April 6th, and Saturday morning I was driving away in my dream car. I had been looking for a newer car and had been researching several options. On Saturday I found a White Toyota RAV4 at another dealer which was almost what I wanted. I looked in the newspaper and researching several options. On Saturday I found a White Toyota RAV4 at another dealer which was almost what I wanted. I looked in the newspaper and noticed that Fred Hass was open on Sunday. I asked my boyfriend to go with me and look at cars with no intention of buying one today. We drove into “Fred Hass Toyota World” and almost immediately I saw the car I wanted. As we approached the White RAV4, a salesman, Mauricio Coto came to us and began introductions. As we talked, the White RAV4 was driving off. I asked Maricio about it and he said it was just sold a few minutes ago. I was disappointed but Maricio said he thought they had just taken a White 2009 RAV4 Limited trade-in a few days ago. It happened to be exactly what I wanted plus it had all the bells and whistles that I didn’t even know I wanted. I bought the car and drove it home Sunday evening.
