But The finance advisor told us the factory warranty is 60,000 mileage, so I had requested him to give me 125,000 mileage. Basically the installment was 455 per month, than the financial advisor said if we want to give $5 a month than he can give us 125,000 mileage warranty, for that I was very happy. And I just recently received the papers of the car from Fred Haas, It shows they charged me $2,000 extra for warranty. And for that I'm very much upset to see. And planning to go back at their office and cancel the extra warranty and that is not what he had stated before. And that is not right. More

We stopped in to have our 2007 Camry serviced the check engine light came on. Serice rep I believe his name was John James got the repairs started on the car right after our arrival @ 12:30 PM. We decided to go look at the used cars while our car was being fixed. We asked to see Cedric Rawls a salesman whom had sold us a car before. Cedric took time to show us around and we asked about a couple of used cars Avalons mostly. He showed us a 2010 Avalon and we test drove it. We liked the car and asked about trading our car in on it.They started seeing if they could get the deal done. Getting our car paid off and getting our note where it needed to be. This took alittle while to get it done, but Cedric stayed after it and it happened.This was a win win situation for us. The service department called to tell us the repairs had been completed on our 2007 Camry at 5:30PM just about the time we closed the deal on our 2010 Avalon. Our hats are off to Fred Haas Toyota,the service dept. and especially Cedric Rawls for his hard work. We live in Vidor,Tx about 120 miles from the dealership. So either way we were going home that same day with a repaired car or a new car. We did not have to rent a car to get home. We will definitely do business in the future with Fred Haas Toyota and Cedric Rawls. More
