Spending thousands of dollars on any transaction is very important and not taken lightly by most. Without question, Bo is the type of employee that you want to represent your company. His approach is exactly what is needed for new and pre owned vehicles. I pride myself with being able to spot a 'gamer' from a mile away and he is not one. He takes pride in representing your company and in making the best deal within reason, for the customer. As a result of my interaction, I will tell all of my friends and others in the market for a vehicle to visit Fred Haas and ask for Bo. Bo was the positive. I also notice everything about my surroundings and would like to mention another item that may or may not be helpful. There were a number of sales people huddled into groups laughing at customers as the came in. Not a good look. People know when they are being laughed at, whether they tell you or not. Everything came together. We found what we were looking for and the vehicle was in superb condition. Mr. Rawls was very accommodating and congenial . There was no wasted time in getting things done. We do understand the nature of the game when it comes to paperwork, and fortunately the day was early and there were not so many costumers , although they were starting to build as we were finishing up. As i mentioned, the vehicle looked brand new and that includes under the hood. We were very very fortunate to find this vehicle (knock on wood). And we have done business with Fred & Company before, so we knew what to expect and we got the royal treatment. There are probably more people I should have thanked. Those folks who toil behind the scenes to get a product out on the lot that grabs the eye. I don't know what else to add. We had come by on Saturday while it was closed, but Mr> Rawls was there, and he showed us around, and we saw what hopefully would be a good fit. Then we returned on Sunday morning to kick the wheels and take a test drive. Then it was just a matter of signing on the dotted line and exchanging a check(money) for the keys. About two months ago, I started searching around for a Corolla S for my son's high school graduation in June. I called Fred Haas Dealership for a price quote and was assisted by Carlos Benavides. I was very impressed with the quality of service that he provided over the phone, and at no time do I recall feeling pressured by him to make a purchase. Last saturday, when I was ready to purchase the Corolla S, I called Fred Haas Dealership and asked for Carlos by name. Carlos demonstrated that he is very knowledgeable about cars, and just as interested in linking me to exactly what I was looking for in a car. Carlos really made me feel like a valued customer when he took the time to demonstrate some of the GPS features on the car. I know my son is going to love this car! Thanks Carlos! More

When Jonatan perceived my growing interest in making a purchase, he summoned assistance of his sales manager, Mr. Khbies to answer any financial questions I might have. This demonstrated to me, the team approach...knowing when you have reaached your professional expertise and the wisdom to engage others. Mr. Khbies was equally cordial and projected exemplary knowledge in financial options. both gentlemen were unhurried in approach, not being a "pushy" saleman, which allowed me ample time to make an informed decision in making a car purchase. Once I made a selection, Mr. Khbies invited me to the general sale manager, Nate. I especially appreciated this because their actions showed me they embrace the team concept, not willing to receive recognition as a "solo" salesman. Nate, in his smooth, "GQ" mannerisms extended the same professional and personal courtesy as Jonatan and Rakan. Last, but certainly not least, Carlos assured my comfort as I waited for the final details to be completed with the car. He had great pride for his brother, Jonatan and expressed how pleased he was that Jonatan made a sale. Carlos excorted me to the beverage center and refreshed me with a sprite. Overall, my expereince at Fred Haas was a sweatless victory. I drove away in a 2012 Corolla, completely satisfied with service as well as terms of the contract.
