I worked with Alan Thibideaux very professional. Would do business with them again The setup for my digital key was an absolute disaster. The software which connects your phone to the vehicle Would do business with them again The setup for my digital key was an absolute disaster. The software which connects your phone to the vehicle is very poor as far as it being intuitive. 1. When I left the dealer I had 2 phones registered to the vehicle in the same way. Apparently this is a definitely something that should not be done, 2. I could not use the digital key to start the vehicle. 3. I could not setup “home” on the navigation app. I eventually returned to the dealership the next Monday and one of the younger sales guy helped me through all of the issues. It took us close to an hour to fix all the issues. The person who originally set us up didn’t have proper training on the software xxx she couldn’t recognize the problems and didn’t verify the functionality. In retrospect I am not happy with the finance guy lying to us about how the 36 month warranty doesn’t cover the items listed in red on his extended warranty sheet. Fortunately, I am not that stupid, so did not fall for it. In summary I spent hours trying to fix what never should have been a problem. I am also fairly annoyed that I had to bring back my suv to have features installed that should have been installed before I drove off the lot. More
