We came to their service department for a vehicle diagnostics. We asked the service writer what it included but he did not go into much detail. We should have asked again to find out if the diagnost diagnostics. We asked the service writer what it included but he did not go into much detail. We should have asked again to find out if the diagnostics included checking the charging system which is what we went in for. I don't entirely blame the service writer but they should have given us a more detailed explanation of what the diagnostic included as well it does NOT include. Or ask us what type of diagnostics we were needing. Otherwise, we have had reasonably good service in the past. Basically waisted $193.00 to find out what we already knew. We expected to get a more detailed diagnostics than we did. More
