After finding my preferred vehicle online, i emailed the dealership and received positive feedback right away. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle, w dealership and received positive feedback right away. Herbie, pleasent, soft spoken gentleman, sat down with us, listened to our needs and showed us any vehicles that we showed interest in. There was no pressure selling what so ever. After we made our decision, he worked out the paper work, and made sure the service shop would take care of any necessary repairs. Later he helped me with the service process and finally when i went to pick up my registration plates, he was even kind enough to afix the plates to the vehicle. The only negative thing regarding this car's purchase was that the car was in worse shape after "make ready" than it was when I test drove the car. Instead of consentrating on removing the strings where balo that the car was in worse shape after "make ready" than it was when I test drove the car. Instead of consentrating on removing the strings where baloons had been held and removing paint on the winsheild where "sporty" had been writen; they trashed the informative sticker from the driver's window that listed the car's features (that I would have like to have kept), kept the CD that was in the player (a connection to the previous owner, and a part of the car), and smeared greasy oil all over the dash and door panels. I would have had a better purchasing experience buying this used car if it had never gone to "make ready". They didn't even put gas in the tank, which is why I agreed to let it go there. The customer service by the dealer, and everyone in the showroom was terrific; but the delivery was disheartening. I got the car home and removed the strings from the side mirrors and paint from the windshield. Thank you for asking for my opinion. Alan Jefferies More
