Fred Haas Toyota World

My wife and I came to Fred Haas Toyota World because of an ad we saw for a nice used 4Runner that we were interested in. We called the dealership, an hour before they closed, and spoke with Tony Urbina, o an ad we saw for a nice used 4Runner that we were interested in. Despite the late hour Tony was more than happy to talk to us and when we arrived 30 minutes later he had the vehicle sitting right out front for us and was very knowledgeable about the specific car we were looking at. He continued to talk to us even past closing and even took the time to get us a Carfax report. We explained to him that we were interested in buying but that credit would be a problem. Tony said that he was pretty confident he could get us our car anyway it would just require more work from all of us. I don't know exactly what all it took but by the next afternoon he called us and said that they'd found a lender for us and if we wanted the car it was ours. We were thrilled of course and went over to the dealership right after work where Tony introduced us to Wes Brinkley, who was handling the finance for us. Wes was also an amazingly nice guy who had not only helped work out a good deal for us but was willing to spend time walking us throught it and discussing all the various details. We really appreciated that. Just when we thought everything was done there was one more surprise for us. When we'd first seen the car the previous night the windshield had been cracked, which we were assured the dealer would fix for us. When we got there to sign the papers it had been explained to us that unfortunately we'd have to bring the car back at another date to fix the windshield but that the dealer would still take care of it. Well when Tony brought us the car so we could take it home the windshield was fixed! Somehow he'd managed to get it replaced while we were at the dealership doing all the paperwork. I have to say that normally, for me, buying a car is not the most pleasant experience in the world and I often have very mixed feelings about the people I've dealt with at whatever dealership I've been to. This experience though was very different for my wife and I. Every person that we met was very nice to us and they were all willing to work hard to help us find a car that we liked and financing that would work for our situation. Tony and Wes both did a fantastic job and we hope they'll both still be working there the next time we need to buy a car. We would definitely recommend Fred Haas Toyota World to anybody and I'm sure that we'll be back when it's time to buy our next car. More

I never expected to get another vehicle with my poor credit score. I had spoken & emailed with Chris Conner. I had to meet with Beth because Chris was not able to be there due to a late night before helping another customer. She was very attentive to my needs & got the trade in inspection& the information Chris needed. He called me the next day with the most amazing news. I was to come by on Friday February 1st to discuss my options...But instead I WENT HOME IN A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED. RAV 4 !!!!, Thanks to Chris's diligence, Ken & Wes ( Finance Gurus) working above& beyond to make it all HAPPEN ..I am NOW the proud owner of a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 and not one DIME did I put out for DOWN PAYMENT!!! Bo Sierra was recommended to us by a close friend. We visited the dealership on Saturday knowing they were closed but wanted to look at the vehicle we had been looking at online and others. Surprisingly we were met by salesmen on the lot even thought they were closed. The first gentleman (Tom Raymond) met us and explained how to read the information on the stickers. We were looking around and approached by Mr. Rawls. He took our information and we said we would call/come by on Sunday. We called Mr. Rawls to let him know we were on our way. He asked if we had talked with Mr. Sierra and we had via email. He said they work together and work together they did. When we arrived, Mr. Rawls had brought the vehicle up that we were interested in. Mr. Sierra was tied up with another customer. Throughout the entire process, which took a pretty long time due to the amount of business going on that day, we were constantly checked on both. In the dog-eat-dog world of used car sales it was so nice to see two salesmen working together. Both Mr. Sierra and Mr. Rawls were extremely nice and professional. While we were waiting for the vehicle to be ready Mr. Sierra sat and talked to us. Very relaxed conversation. Almost every person that passed while we were waiting spoke to us. I will definitely recommend this dealership, Mr. Sierra and Mr. Rawls to anyone I know of that is looking to buy a vehicle. More
