This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Fred Haas. I traded in my 2008 Sequoia Limited, that was purchased in September 2008, for a 2012 Plantinum Sequoia. Over the years I have purchased several vehicles and visited several dealerships. I have always left the dealerships just happy that I purchased a new vehicle but never happy and satisfied with the expe visited several dealerships. This is the first time that I have walked in to a dealership and have not felt pressured at all and purchased a vehicle and was in and out in less than 2 hours and to top it off was actually laughing and happy during the whole experience. The employess from Fred Haas are so friendly and caring and positive. The first night we actually visited the dealership was to purchase a used vehicle for my son, I was so pleased that my husband and I returned the next day to purchase my brand new Rav 4 which I love. From the sales guy Van (very good attitude) to Wendy in financing, made us laugh and spoke with us and were very clear and straight forward with us.
