We returned to Fred Haas Toyota World because we recently bought a jeep wrangler there and we were very impressed at how friendly and how fast they worked to get us what we wanted. I was without transportation after my current vehicle stopped before I could get into a new one. We handled everything on the phone and email. She was essential in helping me through the Fred Haas Toyota World Financial department to get a loan with my out of the ordinary situation. All through the process, she sent emails, and contacted me during each step of the process. She provided me with her cell phone number which I used a couple of times and she never acted like I was interrupting her. Before I got there, i had not even driven a Corolla, but had it recommended to me by several co workers and friends. When I arrived at the dealership she had one waiting to test drive and the one I told her I would be probably purchase, being detailed. She had all her paperwork before I arrived and the only thing I did was bring a copy of my insurance and some signatures after completion of a few things on an original document needed. She walked and brought me the test vehicle, went to double check on progress of the actual vehicle and made sure I was properly turned over and felt at ease with the financial department. All this is normal procedures, but again she always maintained professionalism and making me feel like I mattered. When all was over, she had everything together as far as contact numbers, manuals and spent time with me in the vehicle before I drove away. She went over the Dealers maintenance perks and congratulated me on my new vehicle. I arrived at the dealership at 12:20 without transportation and left at about 2:00 the owner of my Nautical Blue 2013 Toyota Corolla. We were hoping to replace one of our last purchases made there, a 2003 Avalon with a newer model. As always, we buy pre-owned Avalons as they have never disappointed us. We were immediately greeted by Bo Sierra, who listened intently to what we were looking for, not trying to influence our choice or change our minds. His professionalism and eagerness to help us find the exact "right" Avalon was refreshing, taking us back to where a newer (2012) one had just come in a few days prior to our visit. It was exactly what we were looking for: low miles, upgraded features, mint condition - perfect! In less than 2 hours we were driving out of the lot with our new car, thrilled with our purchase.
