Robert Hutching is who you want to see. Walked the lot after closing Thursday and saw the truck I eventually purchased. Went back Friday AM and just happened to be directed to Robert. He was friendly, listened, answered my questions, offered suggestions and fulfilled his role in this exercise while keeping me mentally at ease. (I did not have a good mindset about automobile dealers!) He sold me the truck by helping me understand that it was what I was looking for and a quality product. Not by talking me into it. That last statement in a huge plus for me. Robert's technical knowledge is good and people skills are even better. Another significant factor in my decision to purchase this truck was Robert explaining the Toyota Certified Used Vehicle program. Pricing? It was a fair price. I don't think they got rich on me but I didn't get to them either. Overall, buying this truck was a positive experience and I will be an advocate for Fred Haas Toyota World AND Robert Hutching. More
