Randy was professional, personable, and courteous and explained every step of the process. Randy was a great listener (not always the case in the car buying business), and this made the process even smoother. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Fred Haas Toyota each time we have had an exceptional experience. It's a challenge to find good customer service, let alone great customer service in this day and age, but with that said, Fred Haas understands the importance of great customer service, and that's why we keep coming back! they charged me over $600 for nothing It's been years ago but it stills bother me to think about it. It was near closing time, I took my truck in for new brakes I was sitting waiting as I It's been years ago but it stills bother me to think about it. It was near closing time, I took my truck in for new brakes I was sitting waiting as I saw John walk over to where the workers were by my truck and then he walk back and charge me $648. I was right there where I could see my truck and never saw them lift my truck. so I drove home and my truck was still making squeaky brake noise. I took my tires off and looked and found out I still had THE old brake pads. I called him up to complaint and he informed me to bring it back. I didn't take it in because I was traveling too much for my job for months at a time so I never got to take it back. It hurts me to know that they have people like this working there. I'm writing this review to let management know so that it won’t happen to other costumers. I will never trust Fred Haas Toyota again and I've been advising everyone I meet to be aware of Fred Hass Service department. Lydia Farias is such a great Saleman. Lydia went beyond the call of duty by looking for two days trying to find the Toyota that we were looking for. We had a 2012 Tundra we purchased thru Lydia which my husband loved, but because I couldn't climb in the truck easily he contacted Lydia and asked for her assistance to find one that would fix my problem which she did. She has sold us 4 different Toyotas and has been such a blessing. She is one of the kindest and most considered person. She explains everything real clear and easy to understand. My husband and I think the world of her and appreciates how she has handled us. More
