I ended up in the right place, in the right hands and I have every confidence that the service department will take great care of my beautiful car for many years to come. When I shared my experience, what I paid and the additional coverage I was encouraged to purchase, he told me I was well advised and I got a great deal! I have never been much of a car person, but I did see an Avalon that I may want to upgrade to one of these days! I'll know who to call! As an entertainer, I sometimes do a Carmen Miranda act for the Senior Citizens. I happened to have my outrageous hat in the back seat, transferred from my rental.
