She was friendly, funny, a joy to work with, and you left feeling like you had a friend and someone you could count on. She also never left you hanging or unsure of how things stand. Sometimes although you don't want to know the truth you need to know the truth and Robin was honest and I valued that! Robin was a true delight and someone I would recommend to anyone. When I buy another car I will be going right back to Robin because she is just great and a good person in general. It was a pleasure being her customer! Tim in finance is fantastic too! I was dreading even the idea of heading to financing but Tim made it a breeze. You feel like you can ask questions with him and get an honest answer. He is funny and friendly and made you feel welcome and valued as a customer. He covered all of his bases which I appreciated. What he said was going to happen did, and that means a lot to me. Simplicity was key! I enjoyed working with Jerry Kempinski at Fred Haas Toyota World. I was in the market for a 2014 Tundra and trying to shop as many dealerships as poss I enjoyed working with Jerry Kempinski at Fred Haas Toyota World. I was in the market for a 2014 Tundra and trying to shop as many dealerships as possible without driving all over Houston. Jerry's initial price beat the competition by a sizable margin so I scheduled a test drive. Before my test drive another dealership reached out to see if I was still shopping. I told other dealer the price Jerry quoted and they offered to beat it by a few hundred bucks and throw in floor mats. I decided the right thing to do would be to go to my scheduled test drive and see if Jerry would match. Upon arriving at Fred Haas, my vehicle was ready and I wasted no time in the lobby. In the heat of the moment it was clear Jerry was not happy about the situation and definitely seemed a little angry. I think FHTW strategy is to provide the best quotes and move as many vehicles as quickly as possible. Jerry could have been more understanding of my position and appreciative that I ultimately gave him the opportunity to match. This is the only reason for 4-star vs 5-star. Everything else from start to finish was excellent! I really appreciate the hard-working fast-pace associates at FHTW. I came in at 10am on a Sunday and was out by 12:30. Very upfront and honest dealership. No hidden fees or high pressure tactics. Thanks More

When I got home found scratches on the console, just discovered the back seat was splashed with what looked like coca cola and the cup holder in the back was soiled as well. I am a bit disappointed as I hoped at least they would have ensured it was spotless for delivery. Tom Raymond was very nice and has assured me that the scratched part will be replaced. I was very pleased with the gentleman who showed us how to use the navigation system. He helped get me get connected with my Iphone and explained everything very well. Update: Went back and the part was quickly replaced. Leonard Bell was very helpful and ensured that it was completed to my satisfaction. Everyone was attentive and I was very happy once all was completed. I suppose the spill in the back was inadvertently looked over as it was a very busy Sunday when we purchased the car. Overall, I would definitely recommend Fred Haas Toyota World. More
