For a change, I had a very positive car buying experience at Fred Haas Toyota World. I attribute my positive experience to my salesman, David Oliveros. What impressed me the most about David was his low key attitude--At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision about my purchase. I think David is an outstanding example of how a car salesman should treat a customer at his dealership. He took the time to understand my needs and answer my questions and to explain things very clearly. Even after the sale, David is continuing his excellent customer service by taking the time to answer my my questions about all the bells and whistles on the car I purchased that I don't understand.
