2015 Sienna: Took this vehicle to body shop following accident, air conditioner was not working well following repair where it was working previously. A/C was reported to have been discharged and recharg accident, air conditioner was not working well following repair where it was working previously. A/C was reported to have been discharged and recharged during repair. Somebody in service or collision told my wife a/c was working within specs and could not be fixed. (Also stated she deserved a car with working a/c never heard of an a/c that couldn't be fixed.) A/C still does not cool well. Another visit for this same vehicle to replace passenger side CV joint was completed. Upon inspecting work at home could not remove lug nuts on the front passenger due to damaged lug nuts and found lug nuts torqued at min 1,170ft pounds (limit of my impact wrench breakaway torque spec) service advisor offered to fix this. I declined and removed and replaced damaged lug nuts. 2023 Tundra: Took it in following the issue with my Sienna to get recall taken care of. Got one recall taken care of the other required ordering parts, so parts were ordered. Told me at the time they would call when parts came in and we could schedule the work. Someone called sometime after that within a couple weeks and I scheduled the work. Came in to drop my vehicle off and my wife picked me up to take me home. Got home and received phone call when pulling in my driveway that the parts were not in. Filled out survey following all of these issues and got 0 response from anyone at dealership. Also emailed directly to service manager and or director.Connie Estes and Mark Wood could not be bothered to respond. My experience with Joe Woods the service writer who handled the non body shop issues was good in general. While he offered to fix the lug nut issue I declined due to general lack of faith in whomever repaired my vehicle. More

Terrible service. On 09/27/2024 we went to Fred Haas to get our highlander serviced. The service was running behind, so we told them we needed our baby chair since w On 09/27/2024 we went to Fred Haas to get our highlander serviced. The service was running behind, so we told them we needed our baby chair since we needed to pick up our daughter at daycare, that it was ok, if they took longer. My spouse was coming in another vehicle to get the baby chair and pick our daughter with another car. After we requested the baby chair to be brought over (at least twice), they made us wait outside telling us the baby-chair would be right over. We waited for about an hour, then they told us to go ahead and pay the bill that the car was now ready. The baby chair never came. We were completely ignored. We were unfortunately late in picking up our daughter. Toyota's are great vehicles, but Fred Haas service center needs to be improved. You get a better outcome out of Jiffy lube. Regards, Jorge More
