Thank you for responding to my review. However, your reply does not align with my experience at your dealership. While at Fred Haas Toyota World, I spoke directly with Joe Salazar, who informed me that outside financing was not being accepted and that I would be required to use your dealership’s in-house financing. This contradicts your claim here that “we do not offer in-house financing.” If this is not part of your business practices, then there seems to be a significant disconnect between your policies and how they are implemented by your staff. I would appreciate an explanation of why I was told otherwise while on your premises. These inconsistencies only add to my disappointment with my recent experience.
