We had an appointment set up with Robin, worked through what we were looking for, and hey presto there was the vehicle. We then moved over to Todd for the financing part. Todd was brilliant to. Everything is explained and disclosed in a simple fashion. Options are neatly laid out. I have purchased cars in three different states, across VW, Ford and Nissan dealerships. Fred Haas srands head and shoulders above the rest, and we haven't begun to enjoy all the additional services they provide to customers. Great people, great cars, great price.
