Absolutely Horrible Took the wife's car in to get the alignment, oil change etc.. 2 days later the tech wrecked the car. It took a month to get fixed and come to find out they never changed the oil, the bearings are bad and never aligned the vehicle. Got the Lemon back after numerous calls, a call to GM that was never returned etc.. More

"Amazing" I received a letter through the mail from Fred Haas. Mr. Leonard Carter's card was in the envelope. We talked over the phone about my situation. I was I received a letter through the mail from Fred Haas. Mr. Leonard Carter's card was in the envelope. We talked over the phone about my situation. I was in a car that I was no longer getting good service, my credit was shot, and I had no money down. I set an appointment with Leonard Carter in which I was late, but he waited patiently on me to get there. When I walked in, I had my game face on because I didn't want any run-around. I didn't want to waste his time or my time, if he couldn't do anything for me. My experience consisted of salesmen telling me good things over the phone to get me into the dealership and once I arrived, everything changed. To my surprise there was no gimmick; there was no run-around! Everything he said over the phone he made happen. I received more than expected for my trade-in and didn't have to put anything down. I chose a red Camry. The only problem was the Camry wasn't ready. It still needed to go through inspection. He put me in a deep blue, fully loaded Hyundai Sonata, with heated leather seats, to drive until my Camry was ready (only because the Sonata was one of the cars I test drove earlier but was not interested). I wanted the red Camry. When I got home, I called Mr. Leonard and told him, we had a serious problem. I had fell in love with the Hyundai Sonata. He said, "that's no problem, I was afraid that would happen, but it's no problem. Come on back tomorrow evening and we'll just change the paperwork." My finance person was Paul Heeth. This man is the most genuinely nice, honest and courteous person's I've ever met in my life. He talked frank with me about warranties, about insurance and about credit. I left Mr. Paul's office feeling like I had been given the royal treatment, was taken very good care of and I had been given the best deal for my situation. Even Mr. Paul's boss (his name escapes me now) was so nice to me. He sat and talked to me while I was waiting about his son and his football interest and showed me pictures on his phone. I couldn't ask for a better experience at a car dealership than what I received at Fred Haas. p.s....I promised Mr. Leonard Carter, I would come back to bring him something to show my appreciation for the patience he exuberated. I especially appreciated him staying past his work shift time to ensure, I was well taken care of. He even took the time to help me shop around for a good insurance rate while we waited. He promised me, when my daughter was ready to purchase a car, he would be happy to give her the same exceptional Fred Haas experience. I also promised Mr. Paul Heeth, I would be back to bring him some Christmas goodies. I will definitely keep my word.
