Absolutely painless; even enjoyable! Randy Sampson was absolutely phenomenal! We first met him on a rainy Saturday after my car flooded. The dealership was closed; but Randy was there. Terrible sales experience bad customer service/raport I thought we found the one dealership but sadly to say. They were not worth my time. Apply for credit and the salesman says to us that finance is clos I thought we found the one dealership but sadly to say. They were not worth my time. Apply for credit and the salesman says to us that finance is closed on Sunday (since they want to open Sunday I don't understand that ????) Tuesday of the following week rolls around he still hasn't called. Call his sale floor manager Antonio Urbane because I was to upset to ask Sam the saleman. I ask him to call me back and he said he would but instead Sam calls back with ridiculous excuses asking a super high down payment or a trade in. Needless to say I never went back instead went to Gullo Haas in Conroe and got my car and they took care of business the way it should be. So I sure don't recommend Fred Haas they are incompetent. More
