Great Experience! Fred Haas Toyota World is by far the only dealership I will use to buy a car going forward. After having emailed multiple other Toyota Dealerships acr Fred Haas Toyota World is by far the only dealership I will use to buy a car going forward. After having emailed multiple other Toyota Dealerships across Houston, my salesman (Joe Salazar) was the most responsive, helpful, most importantly TRUTHFUL! He quoted me a price over email and when I got to the dealership that was the exact price I paid for my car! Joe did not "hide" any fees/costs and I walked out paying the exact price he quoted me. Joe was extremely knowledge about the car's features and did not try to lie when he wasn't familiar with one of Toyota's brand new features. I truly appreciated his honesty on all levels. Joe even came in on his day off to sell me my car! Everyone I encountered at the dealership was extremely kind and treated me with the utmost respect. An outstanding dealership that I would recommend to anyone!!! More
