*****Beware--STAY AWAY--Beware**** On Friday July 15, 2016 I arrived to Fred Has Toyota Collision center to pick up my 2013 Toyota Yaris that had been in their hands to fix for 3 weeks. On Friday July 15, 2016 I arrived to Fred Has Toyota Collision center to pick up my 2013 Toyota Yaris that had been in their hands to fix for 3 weeks. I paid for my repairs and the guy at the counter asked if I was turning in my rental at the same time. I said yes. One of the other guys that was with this guy behind the counter, a tall white male with blonde hair with a red shirt on and khaki pants, came with me to render the rental car. This guy asked me if I had everything I needed from the vehicle and I said yes. He took the keys got into the car and drove it to the back of the Toyota lot. Now four days later I get a call from my insurance company saying that I need to turn the car into them. I call the Toyota dealership and they say that have no clue what happened to it and it is not their problem. I ask to speak with the manager and he tells me to my face he does not believe me. When I walk into the office again to ask to see the cameras none of the employees will even speak to me to lend me any help. I then tried to render aide from Mark Wood, who's the service director and she passed the buck twice off to, Joe Salazar. I then go over to speak with Joe Salazar and he goes to talk to the collision center. Comes back and says the same thing that Jeff Debner the collision center manager said, that he did not believe me. After all of this I call the cops and the cops says that the dealership should have called the cops as soon as they found out a car was missing. These people are theives and liars and need to be looked into. More
