I will not go back to purchase a car. Between the badgering for warranties and bank rates, the less than clear info in the negotiating phase, I was exhausted after four hours. When I purchased my last car at another "mega" dealership, I left with a good feeling,that I had gotten the fairest deal I could. I have an unease about this transaction that will not go away. I found a 900.00 difference when I went over the figures the night I purchased. When I went back in the next day, they nicely told me it was for tinting TWO windows and an anti-scratch treatment. After explaining msrp, invoice and dealer cost to make it clear as mud, the sales manager said "I wouldn't try to understand the way you come up with prices in your business." The advice I would give anyone going to Fred Haas is negotiate with "out the door" numbers. I should have. It was an average or less experience. I will go there for service but never again to buy a car. More

We never felt pressured or made to feel bad as he spent all that time with us and no car. We resolved ourselves to keep the car we had and not buy. Thanked Cedric for his time and went on our way. A week later Cedric call, he had made note of everything we wanted in the car, color, type, amenities, and our car came in that day, he called us before the car was even inspected and before anyone else could look at it!! it was perfect! We said yes before the car was inspected, Fred Haas inspected the car and “Certified” after we set the deal in motion and price was set. It took two days due to time restrictions on our part we couldn’t arrive until 7pm, Joseph Lanasa stayed til closing going over every detail of our financing and making sure we understood everything clearly. I truly believe we got the best price. What a great experience. I love Toyota cars and I love this dealership! Thank you Cedric!! More

After the nightmare experience, we had Saturday at Toyota of Victoria (Texas) where they attempted a bait and switch, I told them that I was interested only if this was not a con like their competitor. Our internet contact, Miguel Briones, assured me that the car is available and at the price range I was looking for. When I arrived, it was exactly what I had been looking for. And he got me the payments I wanted as well, just like he said. My search for my new Camry began when I emailed 7 different dealers shopping for a specific color and package in a price range I could afford. Miguel and the team at Fred Haas Toyota World came through. Imagine that, Toyota of Victoria. Miguel emailed me and said they didn't have what I was looking for but would contact me if they ever got one in. A week and a half later, they followed through and delivered.
