I just had a breakdown in my old car on Saturday and had been "car shopping" for a few weeks prior. My son drove me to the dealer on that rainy afternoon to look at a couple of cars we saw online. We were immediately greeted by our salesman. He came out to us. After a couple of questions we went to look at the cars. One had just been purchased, but I was able to test drive the other. He answered our questions, asked if we needed to look at anything else - was very patient and kind. There was no "high pressure" that one often expects when looking at cars. There was just a genuine attitude of helpfulness. I did purchase the car. The entire process from arrival through finance and driving my car off to go home was smooth and wonderful. I am so impressed by this dealer. I look forward to visiting them again for my first periodic maintenance. More
