Service is fair, Parts are heavily over-priced Toyota Car Parts are heavily over-priced at this dealership or probably at every Toyota car dealership; for replacement of Engine Splash Shield for Ca Toyota Car Parts are heavily over-priced at this dealership or probably at every Toyota car dealership; for replacement of Engine Splash Shield for Camry 2012 Under Cover Left Side and Right Side with labor, I paid $322. ($217 for plastic - which is seriously over-priced, 105 labor) Customer Service by the Parts and Cashier counter agents could have been better/sucked during my service/repair experience. However, Mr.Thomas Atkinson tried his best to help me out by giving me options, but he could have done better by working directly with parts to get me a better pricing on seriously over-priced parts, instead of having me go there directly and trying to negotiate. More
