Fred Hass Toyota World in Spring, TX, has been the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. In June 2024, I purchased a 2024 Nissan Armada. I live in Mississippi and have been buying vehicles since I was youn dealership I've ever dealt with. In June 2024, I purchased a 2024 Nissan Armada. I live in Mississippi and have been buying vehicles since I was young, but this experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive aspect of the entire process was the service provided by Salesman German Rivera. However, my dealings with Rolando Arrieta in finance were extremely disappointing. He was rude, dishonest, and inconsiderate. Despite scheduling a pick-up date of June 17th, Rolando delayed forwarding my paperwork until the day I was supposed to collect the vehicle, causing significant inconvenience. After driving six hours to Spring, TX, I was informed by Rolando, through the salesman, that I couldn't take the vehicle home, forcing me to return the following week. This mishap cost me an additional $600 in travel expenses. Still to this day received copies on documents I signed. They claim my vehicle has a lifetime warranty on the engine. I called German and Iman Viad sales director. No return calls or text response almost 3 months later Furthermore, the vehicle had several issues: the passenger mirror paint didn’t match, which cost $150 to have professionally painted, the driver's side floor mat was missing, the running board was uneven, and the fuse panel cover was missing. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the sales director, finance department, and salesman for reimbursement and resolution, they have not responded. In my opinion, I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Fred Hass Toyota World in Spring, TX. More
