I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fred Haas Toyota. I was charged for an oil and oil filter change, and I was told the service had been completed. However, when I checked the vehicle mysel Haas Toyota. I was charged for an oil and oil filter change, and I was told the service had been completed. However, when I checked the vehicle myself a few weeks later, the oil filter had clearly not been replaced. I have an AF High-End aftermarket filter installed, and it was still on the vehicle — proving that the filter was never changed at all. This is not a minor issue. This is either serious negligence or dishonest service practices. Customers trust dealerships with basic maintenance, and something as simple and essential as an oil change should never be falsified. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to double-check any service performed here. This experience completely eroded my trust in this dealership. More
