I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayman from Fred Haas Nissan Used Cars. Making such a purchase is a very stressful proposition, but one that I have dreamed of for many years. I worked with Marcos Pache Nissan Used Cars. Making such a purchase is a very stressful proposition, but one that I have dreamed of for many years. I worked with Marcos Pacheco who I found to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Marcos helped me step by step through the whole process and made a stressful situation bearable. Marcos made a dream of mine come true and I am grateful for his expert assistance. I would give Marcos my highest recommendation and would gladly refer business his way if the opportunity arises. I would also like to thank Patricia Maldonado for her professionalism and courtesy while completing the purchase. More

Bought a “Certified” Pre-Owned vehicle and it passed with “no odor” “clean air filter” etc. They covered up the smell of terrible cigarette smoke to trick us into buying. Once whatever smell has worn off & we drove the car home the smell became immediately apparent & overwhelming. The vehicle, a Nissan Armada, had been smoked in & smells terribly even after we brought it back to try to let them “fix the issue” & it did smell like chlorine for a day, then back to an ashtray or bingo hall. I have severe asthma and go into asthma attacks within 3-5 mins when riding in a car that’s been heavily smoked in, rendering this car useless. We told them this but they insisted they could remove all of the smell/tar traces, which we all know is pointless bc there’s no getting rid of the tar residue/smoke/smell ever. I don’t know what to do. This should’ve be made right. We are in the process of moving as well & it’s so hot, we are overwhelmed and very upset. We now have a vehicle that smells like an ash tray setting off my asthma & my 8 yo refuses to ride in it. My hair & clothes smell like I’ve been at a bar all evening, wait, you can’t smoke in bars anymore, or anywhere public for that matter. As they know now it’s dangerous to people’s health, especially people like me who have severe asthma and lung conditions. I don’t know what to do, I wish they’d really fix this and make it right. I tried them my beautiful, never smoked-in, Platinum Explorer w/15k miles. Perfect condition & meticulously kept & they gave us $6500 less for it, I had planned to trade or sell my car to them. They also talked us into this & said it was a great deal, it wasn’t. We drove the. At down that day, 3.5 hour drive. We were too exhausted to turn around but as soon as my husband got into the armada he was furious as he was hit with strong/offensive cigar/cigarette smoke & told them if he’d known it was smoked in we would’ve never purchased the car. We had a guarantee with CarMax for $40199-taxes included. We want to make others aware of their deceitful practices & not caring about their customer’s health & lying to make a sale. Don’t trust this 150 point “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” nonsense. It’s not true or they would’ve said it’s been smoked in and must be sold as a used car as-is. For an expensive vehicle that was “no odor” Certified, we were totally in shock and feel completely ripped off. I called Fred Haas about a 2022 new Armada on their lot but they hard pitched me this vehicle-and if it had not been smoked in for the duration of the past 5 years, it would’ve been a nice vehicle. It is no use to me in this condition due to my health and I told the guy that I’d only ever consider a certified preowned and never a smoker’s car, as my car is non-smoker, clean & a 2018 w/only 15k miles. Had we not been deceived we wouldn’t have this vehicle & now be again without a car to drive while we are moving. I hope they will Make this right but I doubt it. PLEASE BE VIGILANT with this dealership. I don’t want anyone else to be tricked, swindled & taken advantage of like we were & be stuck with a vehicle that you can’t drive. More
