Mr. Hays, You are mistaken. You did offer to have Nissan Corporate look at my truck, but they never did. I found the driver's side rear shock was defective. I took the truck to another dealer that confirmed my findings and replaced the shock under warranty. The bad vibration problem has been fixed. Mr. Hays please pull up the service information on my truck to confirm these statements. Fred Haas Nissan Service is not qualified to service anything!! Jim Blackburn should not be making false statements on reports to Nissan Corporate!! Very bad business!!
