Hi Dk, we can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable, and we would like to address the situation you have described. Jeff is a new Service Advisor to the team with less than two months on the job. With that said, the situation still could of been handled in a more professional matter. We've take corrective action with the employee to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Our Service Director, Robert Quarles has made several attempts to reach out to you and apologize. We would appreciate you returning the call when you get a chance. The situation your wife experienced is not typical of what our customers normally experience, and that is evident with the numerous awards we are presented with year after year from Nissan and other organizations. In fact we are the only Nissan Store in the greater Houston area that has been awarded Nissan's Award of Excellence and their Global Dealer Award four years in row. No other dealer has done it two years in a row. Customer retention and customer satisfaction play a large part in both awards.
