Thank you! 11/28/2025 UPDATE I received a call from Fred Haas Nissan to further address my concerns and schedule an in-person visit. Jason, the shop foreman, conducted a test drive to further understand my concerns with my Rogue. The shop's foreman, along with the Service Manager, addressed my concerns and offered a fix, for which I'm scheduled to go next week to complete. I will update my rating for my latest experience with Fred Haas Nissan to 4 stars, because of their efficiency to address my issues below and making things right. On 11/24, I was told by Fred Haas Nissan's service department to bring my 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum for an engine inspection on the latest recall repair. When the repair was "completed", my vehicle was still making the same rattling noise I've been complaining since early this year and was told it was due to this recall they had no repair available at the time. When I called the Service Department on 11/25 after leaving the dealership for this "repair", (spoke with Jamie) I was now told that they will need to run a diagnosis on my vehicle, which will now cost me $110 (in addition to the $1,600 that they claim I need to also put in the car on "critical repairs" that were not part of the "suggestions" from my previous visit last Friday (11/21). I have the paperwork for both visits if needed. The paperwork I received after the recall repairs were "completed" stated they performed a test drive to inspect the engine. There are only a few ways to inspect an engine for damage, and a test drive is not it. It is sad to realize that the dealership I trusted my hard-earned money to purchase a vehicle and have ALL repairs and maintenance for said vehicle at, only cares about the money and not their customers. Their Service Department, unfortunately, is clueless and oblivious. Sales are only there to make a sale, nothing else. Nissan has an engine recall that, not only took a long time to come up with a solution, but the main symptom my vehicle was showing is still... an issue. I have owned different makes of vehicles, and Nissan is, by far, the one that is leaving a lot to be desired. I'd avoid purchasing this brand at all costs. If you are in the market for a Nissan, I'd recommend to save yourself all these headaches and go with a different brand. More

He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the final steps of the purchase simple and seamless. His dedication and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Both Eddie and Elvis went above and beyond to help us drive away in our new car today. I’m beyond satisfied with the service and care we received. I give them FIVE STARS across the board and highly recommend Fred Haas Nissan to anyone looking for top-notch service and an amazing car-buying experience!
