Fletch made the process of purchasing a new vehicle easier than I have ever experienced. We spoke on the phone on Tuesday morning, he worked out the entire deal, we drove home in our brand new 2012 Dod easier than I have ever experienced. We were personally at the dealership for less than an hour, including test drive. He explained every in and out of the vehicle prior to us leaving the lot. He has even contacted me since asking me if I have any further questions or concerns with the vehicle. All in all Fred Frederick and Fletch Gowen now have another very happy customer. Our new vehicle purchases will be through them from thus point forward. More
This is my sixth car from Fred frederick. I stopped in and saw Charlie wallace, whom I have bought all my cars and trucks from. He showed me a 2012 Chrysler 300C, with a Hemi. We went to Fred Frederick Dodge in Easton, Md to look at minivans. My previous Dodge Grand Caravan had recently been in an accident and declared a total loss. I had been driving a Toyota Sienna rental in the meantime so went to Easton because there were both a Dodge and Toyota dealership there. We stopped at the Fred Frederick Dodge first. Needless to say, we never made it to the Toyota dealership. Charles Wallace greeted us in the lot and proceeded to explain all the models of minivans. He was very knowledgeable!! He even told my husband how to work some of the features in his 4 month old Dodge Ram that we had purchased at another dealership that wasn't very customer friendly. This was the shortest amount of time we have ever spent at a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. It was so easy and convenient and also had a very friendly atmosphere!! I am extremely pleased with my new Dodge Grand Caravan R/T and would recommend Charles Wallace and Fred Frederick Dodge to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!! More

I shared my future vehicular needs with him. When vehicles were available which matched my needs, Greg called and invited me to view and drive them. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge, attitude of sincere interest, and non-aggessiveness. I'm very pleased with my recent purchase. Greg makes customers feel special. I also have been impressed with Keith (service manager) who is friendly and has consistently honored my request to keep me informed when completing routine servicing of my van if the mechanics see anything that might cause future problems. His suggestions have always been in my best interests. I trust him. The lady at the front desk is always friendly, has coffee ready, and answers all my questions. I just bought my 3rd Jeep from Fred Frederick Easton this weekend, and as with the previouse 2 Jeeps I have purchased, it was a great experience. Jeff Frederick sold me my first Wrangler in May of 1996, turn weekend, and as with the previouse 2 Jeeps I have purchased, it was a great experience. Jeff Frederick sold me my first Wrangler in May of 1996, turning a frustrating day of looking at Jeeps at another local dealership into a relationship that has continued to this day. My parents were so impressed by the service and care that Jeff Frederick extended to me when buying my first Jeep, they have since bought 3 more and leased one themselves. Currently they are enjoying the 2012 Grand Cheerokee they bought at the end of 2011. What truly stands out about Jeff is not just the sale, but that he stands behind his vehicles. Jeff has always been easy to work with. No matter what problem I have come to him with, I always feel like Im returning to see a good friend. The only negative experience to my 2002 Liberty was that it ran so well I didnt have an excuse to get down to Easton from Annapolis very often to catch up with Jeff. I have already had people ask me where I bought my 2012 Wrangler, and I dont hesitate to send them Jeffs way knowing that they will be taken care of. To put my appreciation for the 16 year friendship my family and I have had with Jeff Frederick in perspective I have a couple of things Id like to add before I finish. First there is another Jeep dealership located within 2 miles of where I live, one that was currently running a well advertised sale. In order to get to Jeffs dealership, I have to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, which alone is 4.7 miles long, and costs 4 dollars to cross. Total driving time to get to Jeffs averages around 54 minutes, and is 41.2 miles from my doorstep to his dealership. There was never a question of where I was going. In fact when I told my parents I was thinking of buying a new car, the first thing my father said was, "Time to go visit Jeff then, dont forget to tell him how much we like the new Jeep." Last but not least I want to address the service department and sales staff. EVERYONE is courteous. A warm and friendly greeting along with prompt service is the standard when walking into the showroom or service department. Clearly Fred Frederick Chrysler Easton has its standards set from the top down and with impressive results. Keep in mind, this is not the service or standard that is being set today, this is the same service and standards that started 16 years ago! There is a certain amount of comfort in knowing where I will purchase my next Jeep. I look foreword to another 16 years of friendship and industry standard setting service! More
