Phil at the service counter was great, attentive, apologized to me for long wait, made sure I was okay, your tech Bree was not great. Also, my seat, mirrors, vents, and radio were all moved or changed. I was there for a tire install none of that should have been touched or moved! I was not able to return to dealership to address the steering wheel issue due to an appointment in Annapolis and not living close to dealership. If I return, I will be asking Phil for a tech with less of an attitude and who is more attentive to taking care of the vehicle she is servicing. Happy with attention from Phil and very disappointed in lack of care to my car from your female tech. More
