Phil at the service counter was great, attentive, apologized to me for long wait, made sure I was okay, your tech Bree was not great. Also, my seat, mirrors, vents, and radio were all moved or changed. I was there for a tire install none of that should have been touched or moved! I was not able to return to dealership to address the steering wheel issue due to an appointment in Annapolis and not living close to dealership. If I return, I will be asking Phil for a tech with less of an attitude and who is more attentive to taking care of the vehicle she is servicing.
