I bought a new 2022 Ram Truck and a new 2022 Jeep Cherokee. I would be glad to do it all over again with Fred Frederick and for these vehicles. The Cherokee surprised us with a $1,750 rebate--thanks very much Don. Happy! Happy! Happy! The Ram rides like a Cadillac and gets great mileage. The Cherokee is quick and peppy. The Ram had a computer setting recall. It was recalibrated fast, while I ordered the Cherokee. All the staff members were cordial and helpful. Jeff Frederick gifted me with some trophy money for Historic Stevensville Arts and Entertainment District Car and Truck Show in Stevensville on Kent Island in November. Jeff and John are tempting me with an after the sale warranty on the Cherokee, which I have to take a look at this week. More

The service on the truck was good but the next day we had new tires put on and waited 2 1/2 hours!!! Horrible. Had to ASK sales manager at front desk for help finding a used truck. He pointed to the used section and didn’t move from his seat. Went out by myself for 20 minutes looking at new and used trucks and NOT ONE PERSON SAID A WORD TO ME. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me personally at this location. I went to Hertrich Ford and drove home in a $52,000 Ford F-250 the next day. They actually said hello to me, asked if I needed help and worked with me on my trade-in. Crap customer service, crap inventory. I would give negative stars if it were an option. Go elsewhere. More
