BEST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Stopped by in the rain just to look around and Frank came out with a huge umbrella to shield us from the rain. After telling him what all I was looking for he said he had 3 that fit and he would bring them to the door for us to look at. Took the 1st one for a test drive and that was the one, I didn’t want to see any others & he didn’t pressure me to look at any more or try to sell me a higher priced truck....which happened to me before at another dealer. Frank explained every detail of the truck and started the paperwork. He was thorough, patient(waiting on hold for trade in pay off), explained other options available. When he was done his part he sent us to John to finish and sign paperwork, again John was pleasant, helpful, explained everything we needed to know about what we were signing. This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had at a dealer. Everyone was polite, helpful and personable.
