This was my very first online purchase of a vehicle. I found the specific car that I wanted, a 2024 Golf GTI in Moonstone Gray, at Fred Beans VW of Doylestown, PA - about 200 miles from my home. Mike is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the GTI that I was interested in. I really appreciated his transparency throughout our initial and subsequent conversations. He promptly followed up to my many questions via text messages. Within three days we agreed on the purchase price of the specific GTI that I had called about. So far, so good. I decided to drive to Doylestown to pick up my GTI, accompanied by my neighbor, a fellow car enthusiast. The delivery process exceeded even my high expectations! Mike was out ill, but he arranged for a follow Client Advisor Alec Corbin to complete the process. Alec introduced himself and was thoroughly prepared to go through all the paperwork. Finance Manager Mike Berstecher clearly explained and showed me how the final price was determined. Mike also explained all of the optional coverages. My GTI was immaculately prepped and ready to go (with a full tank of gas) as I took delivery. This was best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. A+ for Fred Beans! More

The sales process was great . .....BUT they LIE and Bai you to believe the service side is the reason why you should pay a little extra. Truth is the Service side is a waste! The agents who take the calls and schedule are rude, unaware of anything auto related and are just there to try to be an impediment. then yo get the next level who tells you that it is a sales issue not service and that they cannot respond to everyone's needs as they have limited recourse's (just so that you are aware the salesmen and his VP told me that Service always has loaners and that las minute calls are no issue for folks who buy here) LIE!!! and at that level they just hang up! then the Manager of service calls makes excuses for everyone says they don't report to him and that he is unaware of any and all issues with his department again a lie as I have had to call the GM for VW thee ties with three different issues related to service. The GM for VW calls and I tell him how could i trust the service department as they appear to retaliate against folks who complain about basic service. I am afraid they will enhance the bill make something wrong that isn't etc.... so now I was sold on the fact that local service was impeccable and easy yet reality is there is no service UNLESS you want to PAY for Executive service. STAY FAR AWAY. GO TO Martinos!!! More
