I was very resistant to the bluetooth option, but accepted it in the end (love that feature now! :) ). I wish the dealership would hurry up and fix the road in their extended lot. The sales person, Howard Mac was excellent - he made sure all of our questions were answered. The finance guy, Paul Solomon, was also very good - I did not want to get the extended warranty, but there was a money-back guarantee (if I did not utilize the extended warranty) which he highlighted to me - so I ended up getting that as well. The folks there are rather friendly - they have a kids area and also free soda and popcorn. More

I dreaded having to purchase a new car. I am not a price-haggler & I don't like feeling like I am going to get the run-around or the hard-sell for extras. I used my insurance company's car-buying serivce & ended up choosing James Toyota (based on the price they were offering & the other positive reviews I read online) even though it is almost 30 miles from my home. Jeremiah Hupka was my salesperson & I could not have asked for a better experience overall! He was great about getting back to me by e-mail & phone and patiently answered all my questions/concerns. When I met him in person I was impressed by his professional attitude and his knowledge of the vehicle. He was the exact opposite of pushy and was not condescending in any way. He even followed up with me after I got the car. I was completely satisfieed with everything and loved the car. Unfortunately, 6 weeks after I got the vehicle I was rear-ended by someone @ a stop light...$8,000 worth of damage to my new car! I was devastated. The insurance company did not total it & I had it repaired by their recommended body shop. When I picked up the car almost a month later, I drove it straight to James Toyota and told Jeremiah what happened. He came right outside and went over the body shop's work & told me what they needed to correct (which they did). I was so grateful for Jeremiah's help - he really went above and beyond for me. He showed us the different used sequoias available, gave us test drives (an important part- they have a nice route set which gives you good mix of all test drive needs), and answered all our questions. I didn't go into price negotiation much as I knew they already have a reasonable price tag on the vehicle. I bought the suv with all the features I was looking for with a memorable car-buying experience. I would highly recommend James for your car-buying needs. Don't forget to check their service department, nice group of people with Mr Fred doing a great job as a team leader. My after sales service experience was also great. Keep up the good work....... When we first walked in the dealership Ann greeted us with a friendly smile a hello and a pleasant may I help you. We told her that we were interested in a 2010 Rav4, she aked us if were wanted to test drive one. During the test drive she answered any questions we had about the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about its features and operation.We negotiated a reasonble price and closed the deal. No sales pressure or would "you like to purchase a vehicle they had in stock." I highly recommend Ann Tom as the sales associate for your next car purchase at James Toyota. PS The entire staff was very curtious before and after we picked up the Rav 4.
